Next-day delivery is applicable only for items available in our Dubai warehouse at the time of order confirmation.
If any item is out of stock, customers will be informed promptly and may choose to:

Orders placed between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM will be considered as received on the same working day.

Deliveries to Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Al Ain will be made only on designated delivery days.
Orders will be dispatched according to the next available delivery date, based on stock availability and order receiving time.

Delivery timelines begin after order confirmation and payment verification.
All deliveries are subject to the serviceability of the delivery location. Our team will review the delivery address and confirm whether delivery can be arranged for the requested location.
