Refund Policy:

At SNH Packing, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy with the following conditions:

• Issues must be reported on the same day or 24 hours after delivery.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Customers must return the product within 14 days of delivery.
• Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted, and SNH Packing is not responsible for refunds or exchanges.
• Shipping costs for returns may be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a verified fault on our end.
• If these conditions are met, your refund will be processed within a few business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  To ensure food safety compliance and maintain the highest quality standards, please note our official Return & Quality Policy for Dry Goods and Spices:

  1. Opened ProductsFor food safety and regulatory reasons, any opened spice or dry food product is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, unless a verified manufacturing or quality defect is identified.

  2. Quality-Related Complaints If there is a genuine quality concern (such as off odor, contamination, infestation, incorrect item, or damaged packaging), the following conditions apply:

  Complaint must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  Product picture and invoice reference must be provided.

  Product must be retained for inspection by our Quality Control team.

  Refund, Credit note or replacement will be issued only after verification and approval.

  3. Taste Preference / Change of Mind Returns will not be accepted for reasons related to taste preference, customer specification mismatch, or change of mind once the product has been opened.

  4. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery (Unopened Items)Any damaged or wrongly supplied unopened item must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery for resolution.

  As a responsible food distributor, we strictly follow UAE food safety regulations. Once a food item leaves our warehouse and is opened, it cannot be re-sold or redistributed.
