Orders received on Saturday and Sunday for Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi will be delivered on Monday and Tuesday respectively.

Free shipping on orders of AED 99 and above.
Orders below AED 99 will have standard shipping charges applied at checkout.

📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery timelines begin after order confirmation and payment verification.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for shipment.

After shipping, a tracking number will be sent via email.
Customers can track their parcel through the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.

🚚 Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. Stock Availability

Next-day delivery applies only to items available in our Dubai warehouse at the time of order confirmation.
If an item is out of stock, customers will be informed promptly.
Customers may choose to wait until stock becomes available or request a refund for unavailable item(s).

2. Order Cut-Off Timing

Orders placed between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM are considered received on the same working day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be treated as received on the next working day and processed accordingly.

3. Emirates Delivery Days & Schedule

Deliveries to Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Al Ain are made only on designated delivery days.
Orders will be dispatched according to the next available delivery date based on stock availability and order receiving time.

• Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi: Next Day
• Fujairah: Tuesday & Saturday
• Ras Al Khaimah: Monday & Thursday

4. Delivery Processing
