Description
xMonin Lemon Rantcho Concentrate 1L is a sugar-free, pulp-free lemon concentrate made with the equivalent of 50% Sicilian lemon juice. Explore more Monin beverage ingredients online in UAE for complementary café and bar flavours. Its sharp citrus acidity provides a practical alternative to squeezing fresh lemons during busy service, helping maintain consistent flavour in cocktails, mocktails, lemonades, iced teas and culinary recipes. The smooth liquid blends easily into beverages and can also brighten marinades, dressings, sauces and desserts. It is supplied in a sealed 1-litre bottle for cafés, restaurants, hotels, bars, juice shops, caterers and home beverage stations. The recipe contains water, concentrated lemon juice, citric acid, natural citrus flavour, lutein, ascorbic acid, gum arabic and glycerol ester of wood rosin. The product contains sulphites, so customers should review the bottle label before use.
