📦 1. Stock Availability

Next-day delivery is applicable only for items available in our Dubai warehouse at the time of order confirmation.

In case any item is out of stock, customers will be informed promptly. Customers may choose to:

• Wait until the item is back in stock
• Request a refund for the unavailable item(s)

⏰ 2. Order Cut-Off Timing

Orders placed between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM will be considered as received on the same working day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be treated as received on the next working day and processed accordingly.

🗓️ 3. Emirates Delivery Days & Schedule

Deliveries to Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Al Ain will be made only on designated delivery days.

Orders will be dispatched according to the next available delivery date, based on stock availability and order receiving time.

• Dubai: Monday to Saturday
• Sharjah: Monday to Saturday
• Ajman: Monday to Saturday
• Abu Dhabi: Monday to Saturday
• Umm Al Quwain: Monday to Saturday
• Fujairah: Tuesday & Friday
• Ras Al Khaimah: Monday & Thursday
• Al Ain: Monday & Thursday

Orders received on Saturday/Sunday for Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi will be delivered on Monday and Tuesday respectively.

🚛 4. Delivery Processing

Delivery timelines begin after order confirmation and payment verification.

All deliveries are subject to serviceability of the delivery location. Our team will review the delivery address and confirm whether delivery can be arranged for the requested location. Please note that deliveries may not be available in certain remote or outside service areas within the UAE.

In case certain items are temporarily out of stock, partial deliveries may be arranged based on stock availability and delivery routes, subject to customer preference.
