Deliveries to Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Al Ain will be made only on designated delivery days.
Orders will be dispatched according to the next available delivery date, based on stock availability and order receiving time.

- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Returns must reach us within 14 days of delivery.

- Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.
Food Products (Dry Goods & Spices)
For food safety reasons, opened food products cannot be returned or refunded unless a verified quality issue exists.
Quality-related concerns (damaged, incorrect, contaminated, or defective products) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos and proof of purchase.
