Next-day delivery is applicable only for items available in our Dubai warehouse at the time of order confirmation.

Deliveries to Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Al Ain will be made only on designated delivery days.
Orders will be dispatched according to the next available delivery date, based on stock availability and order receiving time.

Delivery timelines begin after order confirmation and payment verification.
All deliveries are subject to the serviceability of the delivery location. Our team will review the delivery address and confirm whether delivery can be arranged for the requested location.
Please note that delivery may not be available in certain remote or outside-service areas within the UAE.
If certain items are temporarily out of stock, partial deliveries may be arranged based on stock availability and delivery routes, subject to customer preference.
