Orders placed between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM will be considered as received on the same working day.

Deliveries to Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Al Ain will be made only on designated delivery days.

Orders will be dispatched according to the next available delivery date, based on stock availability and order receiving time.

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi: Next Day
  • Fujairah: Tuesday & Saturday
  • Ras Al Khaimah: Monday & Thursday
  • Al Ain: Monday & Thursday

Orders received on Saturday/Sunday for Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi will be delivered on Monday and Tuesday respectively.

Delivery timelines begin after order confirmation and payment verification.

Partial deliveries may be arranged depending on stock availability and delivery routes if preferred by the customer.

يمكنك إرجاع معظم المنتجات الجديدة غير المفتوحة خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ التسليم لاسترداد المبلغ بالكامل. كما سندفع تكاليف شحن الإرجاع إذا كان الإرجاع نتيجة لخطأ من جانبنا (استلام منتج غير صحيح أو معيب، وما إلى ذلك).

يجب أن تتوقع استلام المبلغ المسترد خلال أربعة أسابيع من تسليم الطرد إلى شركة الشحن، ولكن في كثير من الحالات ستستلم المبلغ المسترد بسرعة أكبر. تتضمن هذه الفترة الزمنية وقت العبور حتى نستلم الطرد من شركة الشحن (من 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل)، والوقت الذي يستغرقه البنك لمعالجة طلب الاسترداد الخاص بنا (من 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل).
